Brad as a guy from the UK facing Cancer for the 4th time and lucky enough to be in a country that has free health care I was worried for Randy knowing the situation with healthcare. It was an extremely generous gesture getting him that 25k and giving him that boost and hope. I play in a free poker league twice a week and last month I was lucky enough to win a trip to Malta by winning a Regional final and stake into what will be my 1st tournament with cash prizes. I have watched all your vlogs to date and have learnt a lot from you even at 65 years young lol which I know has improved my game. You have my respect and thanks

Sorry to hear about your friend Randy, with cancer. Glad he won the 500k, hope it gives him a little help with the financial side of his treatment. I have been battling bladder cancer for years. I've never had radiation therapy, but my chemo is pretty bad. One round and I'm messed up for 7-8 months, if I have a second round, it's another 8 or 9 months, and then it starts over. Can't seem to get my weight much above 130 when my normal used to be 160-170. I've made peace with my condition through God, I don't fear my death and He gives me strength through the bad times.

Cant stop learning thats why i love poker.As a tournament player that tries to play cash. My rule is play the tourney not the cards when faced with situation that may handicap my stack, or When im chip leader if its not worth the risk of my chips. I made this rule up its for me I guess when I started playing. I thought what is the right time to fold aces preflop to a all in? I dont think I still have ever folded aces preflop to a raise but I seen others do it , and needed to know when its the play maybe ill figure it out one day.

@CRAIG58352 жыл бұрын
Hi from New Zealand Dale. A reg in our game who has now passed away, used to LOVE T8, his name was Collin Gregory, so we call T8 Collin Gregories to this day. Actually over the years we gave nick names to nearly ever possible holding. We played Manila, its poker but with a Hot deck (7's up) and is sort of like Limit Holdem for the betting, no all ins and only one card on the flop with each of the next 4 streets being one card at a time with betting after each card, you could only bet with two raises per card if 3 players or more, but if in a hand with just two players, you can keep raising it, or Rock it as we call it. JT we call Slim Jim, or Slimbo for short.

Would appreciate a tad more scenery footage, especially when you visit new casinos. A little more video coverage of the casino floor, the restaurants and bars, and the surrounding area to get a sense of things would be really cool, as opposed to quick cuts where you blink and you miss it. That may just be me though. I always prefer footage that flows as opposed to footage that jumps in documentaries, which is in a way what the blog is.
