This is the video that Diana Ross saw that sent her down the Home Free rabbit hole watching HF ALL day. In the end, she invited them to perform at her 75th birthday party.

They added their unique magical dust to an oldie and made it even more fun than the original. No surprise there. It's what they do. Couldn't love these guys any more than I already do. Didn't Adam just tear it up, again. All of them are so stinkin' talented.

Wow! Now you're at nearly 63K! And you deserve it. Your reactions are awesome! Love you doing this older Home Free video, Love Train!! Always love it. The audience would stand up and really get into this when they would sing it live on stage. Some years it was their closing song. Have you seen their newest Sea Shanty Medley? Fun! I had never seen any sea shanty stuff. But wow, the beat they put in this and it gets faster and stronger right up til the last note! Take care Brad.

I have always loved this song! Yes! I was a teen and young adult in the 70’s! This one always makes me smile and want to dance! I’ve had the pleasure of seeing them perform this live at the end of one of their shows! Everyone got up and danced, including me! I had a smile on my face the whole time! One of my favorite Motown songs from the 70’s!! Home Free did an amazing job! They had invited their Patrons to submit videos of their fans dancing to a favorite upbeat songs of theirs. I was too chicken! ☺️ Loved your reaction, Brad! Congrats on your 60K subs!!

Yep! I was a young father and veteran returning from Viet Nam when this and "Soul Train" was popular. They both reminded me of the joy of living in this country and how to have good clean fun. Thanks Brad for what you do, as well.

Congrats on 60k!!! I absolutely LOVE this video!! I always say that it's impossible to watch it and be in a bad mood when it's done. It makes you move and smile. That "half time" breakdown I'm sure is a result of the Southern Gospel influence they have. Something you know a lot about. Great reaction as always!! Looking forward to seeing what is next.

This was a lot of fun. I don't think you've reacted to any oldies, but if you get the chance, do the original group the O'Jays doing this on Live At Daryl's House. Also, Cee Lo Green doing One on One on Live At Daryl's House is absolutely awesome, and a great exhibition of true musicianship. You won't be disappointed with either of these. Like your taste in singers - even though we are decades apart, we have many "likes" in common. I just subscribed because of this. Cheers.

This was great fun and, of course, Home Free is Home Free and what can you say about them. My only criticism of this is that they're talking about "people all over the world", but I saw two black faces; no Asian faces, no brown faces, no Native American faces. Two black faces, all the others were white. I wanted to see more people literally from all over the world. I saw a Brazilian flag, so Brazil was represented. But more diversity, please, Home Free! When Pentatonix did Sing!, that's more of what I wanted here. "Make 'em hear you from LA to Japan" (actually had Japanese people dancing around). They invited just anyone to "show up" for the end of the video and there were people of every conceivable color there. THAT'S what I wanted here, too. But that aside, this was great fun to watch and Home Free is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

I understand what you say, but please note that they did ask their patrons to send them vids of them dancing, so they probably did not get others than you saw.

Appreciate your post - have you seen their video of "Everybody Walkin' This Land" - I't's more diverse and speaks more importantly to the problems we all face everyday and that as "Humans" we all have the power to do something about it. We're all in this together and it's going to take ALL of us bonding together to fix the world...I appreciate your honesty but it'll take more than just showing different faces on a video to heal all the hurt and hatred...but yes, it can be a place to start... ✌

I loved it. Except. One minor quibble. "People all over the world." I looked hard. I saw zero people of color in that video. For a song called, "Love Train" by the O' Jays, an African American band, it's pretty hard to support.

Try their cover of Everybody Walking This Land for the diversity you seek. Home Free asked fans so send in videos. I don’t think they specified white, black, orange, red, or purple with pink polka dots.
