So happy that you reacted to Faouzia. Her name is pronounced Foh zia. She was born in Morocco and moved with her family to Canada when she was a year old. She grew up in Manitoba and speaks at least 3 languages. Although she has never had vocal training she has taken music lessons and plays multiple instruments. She writes her own songs and has sung with a number of other singers. Recently she recorded Minefields with John Legend. She is in university studying engineering. All her stripped versions of her songs are amazing!

The best version of this song I've ever heard. If you think she sings low you should hear 15 year old Diana Ankudinova sing "Wicked Game", she was actually 13 or 14 at the time. And it's not just how low she sings, but the way she sings emotions, her voice is unlike any you have ever heard, in a good way.
