Glad I saw this! I hosted a Facebook Tupperware party and had a shocking huge amount of credits and this item was available. I didn’t think I wanted it because I’m skeptical of a lot of microwave products but after watching your video I chose this item as one of my gifts.

I did your slider recipe, and it was better than the White Castles. I have done it twice, once with pepper jack cheese and again with cheddar cheese. I going to do it again with bacon cheese burger sliders.

White Castle burgers never stay down for long. Although they're tasty, my body rejects them. I haven't had one in over 40 years.

White Castle is fantastic!!! Jim has GREAT taste. What is the interior of the Tupperware made of? Non-stick?

A little hint for those cooking ground beef in the microwave, add 1 tablespoon of water mixed with 3/4 of a teaspoon of baking soda, yes baking soda. This will change the ph of the meat, it will retain its juiciness, and brown better. I know baking soda sounds weird, but we put it in lots of baked goods for the same reason. I also find this trick works just a well if not slightly better when frying on the stop top of on your outdoor grill. I can't take the credit either, I heard about this on a cooking show on PBS called Americas test kitchen.

Interesting! I'll have to give that a try. Also, I LOVE that show.

This was the first video I've watched of yours, and subscribed immediately. The fact that you watch America's Test Kitchen amped your cred tremendously. Keep up the awesome videos!

Ohhh so THAT'S what American "cheese" is. I always wondered. It's processed kraft cheese slices basically?

how come your hamburger wasn't frozen like a block? did you defrost first?
@michellelyman70926 жыл бұрын
what kind of meat are you using? like 80% or how lean? I just wondered if I would have that much grease we usually use like 92 to 97%...also, what do you do with your grease? I put it in empty glass jars to dispose of it...

Can you make a grilled steak or pork chop in the Micro Pro Grill? And if so, have you made a video with it or if not, can you do one? I try to do one on my GF grill and my smoke alarm keeps going off. I am subscribing to your channel.

I am curious about this grill.... however this could have been done just as easily in a skillet.
@annn76747 жыл бұрын
thanks for the video! how long did you put the burger in the microwave for after the first 4 min? (after you drained the fat the first time) thanks!
@DeviceMX6 жыл бұрын
This is Jim from the video. I think it was 4 and 4, at least with our microwave. You can always go a little longer or a little less depending on how you like your burgers done. :-)

The only other one I have heard of is Krystal Burger.. just like White Castle.. its a Southern thing I think.. I worked there many many years ago as an Assist. Manager. :D My kids call them fart burgers. :|
@BradsTupperwareConnectionVids6 жыл бұрын
The same but different. I grew up where there was a White Castle anywhere you went. :-)

Personally... I'm not a condiment fan. Yes, I'm weird... Jim had pickles on his, just like you would get them from Whitey's.

you need to smash that meat with a utensil not your hands and then pick it up. food safety! and then to have the nerve to bash white castle, girl you need to check yourself. that uniburger looks gross. you did not sell me on that $150 tool :(
@BradsTupperwareConnectionVids6 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the message! I'm sorry that you did not like this video. This is not a professional kitchen, so the food safety is what I was taught by my parents. No one got sick after eating the "uniburger" (which was cut into 4 burgers and placed on buns of their own). Enjoy your day!
@amesavis5 жыл бұрын
gross. the onions absorb all the beef fat.
@krzysztofkacprzak79866 жыл бұрын
There is nothing “grilled” about this beef. Wet, soggy and disgusting. If you can’t grill just pan fry it. You’re just interested in selling stuff my little boy.
