I;m not up to speed on world archery rules but how did they remeasure the first arrow set after the arrows were pulled. Every tournament i've ever shot once the arrows are scored and then pulled there is no going back and rescoring. Just curious.

before pulling the arrow they mark it with a pen.

I guess that, because there is a delay between the real meseasurement of the arrow at the target and the prediction by the video crew, they corrected the score during the next end when the judge scoring was send to them :) that's a bit of a messy process but in the end, no arrow were "remarked" after they've been pulled out from the target !
