My theory. In the first image dev is fighting a demon that demon is actually coming out of a temple by breaking the temple because in brahmastra part 1 there was also similar concept art of Shiva entering the same temple and I think this temple could be off Shiv ji aur it could be a temple dedicated to brahmastra where they keep brahmastra safe and calm. And that demon is actually an asur who is born out of the brahmastra energy or negative energy of brahmastra. And the black horse dev is riding is the same horse we see in the brahmastra part 1 in ashram and shiva was also riding that horse in Deva Deva song. I have one more mind blowing theory if u want I can tell. It's about Agni Astra

@@shubhise ok I will tell my Agni Astra theory guys ~ u see in flash back of brahmastra 1 there was other main brahmansh members doing Pooja of brahmastra when it was in its full form there was a guy in front of it who was previous guru of brahmansh that is not a male yes the previous guru of brahmansh is a women who could be the mother of Dev Big because that women hade astra which was glowing red which could be Agni Astra and dev will ask his mother to give him agniastra so that they can defeat that Asura more easily. And that Agni Astra is actually broken in the brahmastra part 1 which means a piece of that astra could be inside the chest of Shiva that explains Shiva can also create fire.

Dev could be half human and half Asura which explains why dev was powerful and different from other brahmansh members and he can control multiple astras at once. Brahmastra vfx is superior Brahmastra story is fine and I'm happy that heroine has some screen presence unlike that kgf pushpa where just the hero is talked about and heroine is literally paav ki jooti. No role nothing. In Brahmastra she is atleast seen doing things. She is the one who distracts Zor, Raftar to save Anish Shetty, they recover Brahmastra piece from car thanks to her. She is quite smart and mysterious. Shiva Shiva chanting is there but fine

The 2nd part needs love to be critical point bcs then only the catastrophic war btw Amrita and Dev will feel tragic. It should look like it took toll on both of them. Heer-Ranjha sacrificing their love for greater good. But yeah ,all this depend on how good the writing is. Hope we get Ranveet Singh and Deepika as Dev and Amrita bcs their chemistry is on fire! With amazing writing they will easily pull of the tragic moments.

1. Dev and Amrita together will fight the Asur. 2. The guy in red is definitely Agniastra bearer bcs look at so many weapon. Only Agniastra till now we hv seen is able to manifest that many. So it's either - 1. Ranbir/Shiva 2. former bearer of Agni-astra 3. Dev himself before he took dark turn bcs otherwise how can be there 2 Dev? One holding Trishul and another Agni-astra. When we know Dev once held it but in present timeline he is shown with Trishul.
