There's no such thing as the best whatever number of bars of Brahms' music. Just like Beethoven, his musical creativity was beyond genius.

The 3th mov of the 3ª Symphony, The grace of Haydn variations, All the last mov of first piano concerto. And some others.

Out of context they might not be as impactful. For me a lot of the beauty in this movement is the structure

Op 118 intermezzo, slow movement from Op 111 quintet, slow movement from the 3rd symphony, slow mvt from Clarinet Quintet....Just off the top of my head, those are better. I do love this concerto tho.
