I don’t know why but I was expecting more hold from this product on my 4B/4C, fine strands, medium density, high porosity, medium length hair but all I got was a glorified leave-I’m conditioner. Don’t get me wrong for a leave-in it’s one of the best I’ve tried but for the price I paid, it was too much $$ ***Edit*** GUYS THIS IS NOW MY HOLY GRAIL leave in conditioner. Mona was not lying this stuff is so moisturizing. it both melts into my hair and still has some left over to stay on top of my hair all without feeling coaty. Wow I'm truly impressed. I don't think it has enough hold for my medium density kinky hair to really give it a lasting defined look but the moisture is so nice. I used to love the Camille Rose Coconut Water Leave-in but the Aloe Whipped Butter Gel knocked it out of the park for me for moisture. Hair stats: Kinky, 4B/4C, fine strands, high porosity, medium density, medium length.
