Thank you lol yeah I just know I like to moisturize my hair before any protective style. I think some hairstylist reason on not doing that is because it do make product build up especially if you use a heavy amount of products, but if comb the product through the clients hair it shouldn’t be a problem💕💕👐🏽

Thank you!! I try my best🥰 and for hair growth some good oils to use are Rosemary oil, grape-seed oil, jojoba oil & Shea Butter. Personally I use my whipped Shea Butter infused with some of the oils I just mentioned and some others that are beneficial for retaining moisture and hair growth.💕

Love the vids but if you didn’t already, I would blow dry the hair and apply cantu conditioner so you don’t have to deal with thick and hard hair. Hope this helps😊

You can def still achieve this hair style on 4c hair. Start off blow drying your hair in sections then continue the tutorial from the video. Sometimes after parting off my braided section I have to reblow dry because some 4c textures revert back to its natural state after sitting for a while. So it may be easier and save time to part, blowdry, re-part then gel down and braid, repeat that order for each braid. I hope those helps😊💕

Yes you can, the braids will just sit a little higher

How do you maintained these? When I wear my Durag it make it all bent outta shape

Pull the braids to the back and when you use your durag make sure you flatten the braids underneath pulling them all to the back and the ones already in the back band them in a scrunchie (no rubber band it’ll leave a dent). When you take the durag off you should be able to place the braids down on the sides with no problems. I hope this helps😊

@@bossmicky9256yeah you could always get extensions if you feel like you’re hair isn’t long enough. You got the sides cut or is your hair grown out all the way around? If you don’t got your sides cut you can braid the braids further down the side of your head and it will potentially add some more length to the braids. But I think if your hair is like 3 inches it would give you enough hang time, anything shorter then that they probably won’t come down as far as you want them too.

@@djcarroll9369 so I had braids around late mid nov 2023, then on thanksgiving 2023 I took them out & cut all my hair off, it was the longest I’ve ever grown my hair out, about 10 or 11 months, I never was allowed to get braids so I would always trim it or restart, & I had a mid taper so my sides came up quite a bit. but when my parents let me get braids, the style I wanted wouldn’t have had enough hang time so I cut it all, my hair now is a low taper, & I braided it 3 weeks ago, took it out on Tuesday , just gonna keep getting low taper so I can rock the pop smoke braids in the future w a lot of hang time
