Definitely love the content! I used to watch the early “you make it we skate it videos” like 3 years ago. then during COVID-19 I build my skateboard at my local vans shop before I knew about the store. I have been skating back and forth to work with learning slowly new tricks. You guys are amazing!

mogal-lord im a personal trainer and have tips for you, your body feels heavy when your body is sore is because the muscles are damadged and need to recovery, i know you wont stop skating so avoid any tricks on sore days, your muscles have no power when damadged and need to recover. you can even test this by measuring how high you canstanding jump when your fresh and how high you can jump when your sore, if you have no power compared to when fresh, dont skate. idealy you should wait 24--48 hous for full recovery of muscles, increase sleep, vitimin and mineral intake as well as extra protine paired with rest will give you the best recovery results so you can keep killing it. sory for the many dyslexias. hope this helps xx
