JD reminds me my 13 years old son, an overall great kid with amazing physical abilities. JD at skateboarding and my son as a goalkeeper at soccer. Always in a happy mood and that's a cure in itself when i feel a bit down. Hey, I really want to start skating, got my first real skateboard today. I only used to cruise around with my pennyboard at 15, now I'm 22 :D Thought I'd be better at first and was a bit disappointed in myself, my pennyboard just was a different feeling than what I have now and I have to get comfortable with my new board first, but every minute I grew more confident, just did a few turns on our parking lot and one of the tricks of your 5 beginner tricks video. Your videos really inspire me to go on and get better, grow more confident with the board and ending every skating session with a positive mindset. Thank you for inspiring a girl to find a new passion ✌🏻

Stay focused on it, skateboarding is the toughest technical sport to learn and sometimes there are lows in which you don't progress as fast as you want to and these are the times you have to commit the most. Wish you the best.
