Sir I have a doubt , u said if lesion is in frontal lobe then hemiparesis will be on opposite side and eyes will be on same side of lesion , my doubt is in such a scenario why vestibular apparatus not pushing eyes to opposite side as u said both FEF and vestibular apparatus push eyes opposite side

Frontal lobe has more control than vestibular apparatus on PPRF like parasympathetic has got more contol on pupil than sympathtic. Hence vestibulr lesions frontal lobe troes to compensate but not the other way round.
