Not strictly productivity but a having a good Project Management solution laid out how you want it with repeatable checklists has done wonders for my productivity recently.

I use Calm focus and Focus modes. I don’t do it enough though. But got Calm on sale through my credit card and now I can’t cancel it.

I really dislike that all these more minor apps are now subscription based. Historically I wouldn’t have hesitated to spend £20-£30 for a one off purchase on an app such as this, but I’m not willing to subscribe to another indefinite monthly cost. It’s a shame everything has moved in this direction.

Wow… that makes so much sense it hurts. I struggle with music directly manipulating the tone of my designs. If I play the wrong genre or get sent off on a musical tangent it can have disastrous effects. Imagine a painting flowing along with classical and getting hijacked by heavy metal! 😂🥴

You seemed so excited about the app, I get why some people are confused and thought this could be an Ad, despite you clearly stating the opposite from the first minutes of the video. It is hard to deal with people, specially as a content creator/influencer.

Just as a second thought: "An auditory illusion thought to synchronize brain waves and alter mood is no more effective than other sounds, according to research in adults recently published in eNeuro. The effect reported in other studies might be a placebo but could still have helpful effects for some people."

Honestly the sleep one is the best part, the other modes are OK, but the sleep songs are really good, I can sleep at midnight and still sleep a good 8 hours.
