If you ever get sick from the milk, try green tea! I like to make a big mug and a large teapot on my more functioning mornings to get me going as I find it takes about 3/4 litre to start feeling the good effects, but that's kinda good too as it's hydrating and far easier on the stomach (and so much less acidic!) than coffee. Green tea also has L theanine which is good for brain function and induces a really nice calmness to the caffeine buzz you get. And GT also has natural fluoride in it, so it's good for teeth too. I need to buy those electrolytes you're using, that looks super convenient and so much nicer than eating salt!
