I must rate this video as an 11 at least on a 10-point scale due to its multiple exemplary illustrations in the form of a short documentary lasting about 20 minutes. From the beginning to the end, every concept just dawned on me to be absolute gold or as an abstract idea incredibly priceless. For anyone that just doesn't identify as a sigma male (or sigma female), after a number of months exploring this type of person on my own time I did pick up on some new concepts. This clip by far had me hooked (in a good way) in just a minute or so that I just couldn't stop listening to it - which by the way is very sigma-ish. As a sigma male (or sigma female), we as a very small percentage of people have innate radars in our minds. What I'm describing would be an aura that comes across as real power, not physical power but mental prowess. You see, mental prowess will always be the key and eventually the weaker mind will back down. A sigma male or sigma female, when challenged, will see to it that he or she plans meticulously to remain alert and fresh against a person seeking to humiliate him or her. Just when a person claims victory against a sigma male or female, little does that person know silence is golden during that time. And when the silence is broken, the sigma male or female can totally bewilder the other person in such a way that typically has the sigma destroy the image of him or her as the loser. The real difference between sigmas and a fairly large percentage of non-sigmas would be this mental toughness. I speak to you from experience in that my physical appearance is a mere facade. Many people have a serious height advantage, strength advantage, more agility, more dexterity, and more with respect to me. Yet, my inner strength would be derived from what we call spirituality in this clip. I am far more spiritual than religious, yet I would never separate these from one another for they are inexplicably linked. From a spiritual strength, all this power creates the mental toughness I need on any given day at any given time. I have no pleasure in being a negative person or coming across as a negative person. If I need to put you in your place, then you will be put in your place. It's actually quite simple. No person to me is worthless but I will say you are point-blank if I have the slightest idea you intend to manipulate me. In the same way, I will say you are stupid if you have no idea of my intellect and accuse me of being illiterate or uneducated. And so there you have it in a nutshell.

Narcissist regret crossing me. The reason for this is that I was married into a family of narcissists. My mother was a bit of a narcissist, and her chosen partners were as well. My X for 16 years was damaging to say, is an understatement as well as it took to break away and regain myself. Bombarded by narcissists in my youth before ever knew, there were terms for these demons in guise humans. I've learned that there are several types of narcissists. I can sense them long before they make the mistake of crossing me. Seems as I've often thought as a veteran of psychological warfare. I don't mind being hated for the sacred ground I stand upon is the breath of my existence to express is not yours to desecrate. And should you dare trespass you'll only succeed in losing yourself to landmines throughout my fields fitted for your missteps fitting of your mistakes is where you won't be found by saving grace instead, so thought as a fool to suspect now filling in well over your head farthest behind in hindsight once could careless to heed sense of any real danger involved when violating sacred boundaries leaves only a jest on the wind without a trace

The KZbin algo must have figured out that I’m an INTJ as all these “Sigma” videos have been cropping up for me in the past week or so. I had never heard of a “Sigma” male before these videos…but as soon as I clicked a few on, I realized that Sigmas are nothing more than INTJ males. Most estimates say that ~1.5% of the general population are INTJ personalities…and most of these are males. Anyway, my best friend is a classic narcissist so I definitely have suffered the “energy” squeeze from his type…the critical move is to set limits and stick to them in terms of time and activities spent…

NOpe. Sigmas run primarily on internal validation/internal locus of control, unlike a NPD that absolutely depends on near-constant external validation. For a true NPD, to play mind games/emotionally abuse other people also amounts to the external validation that they depend on whereas health minds do not at all think like that.
