In this #BrainMatters webinar, experts discussed the prevalence of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, trends in social determinants of brain health, new methods for Alzheimer's disease early detection and treatment, as well as the critical role of research volunteers. This event was hosted by Anthony L. Teano, MLA and moderated by JoAnn Scipio, MSN, RN. Our expert panelists included (1) Dr. Travonia Brown Hughes, Hampton University, (2) Dr. Rebecca Edelmayer, Alzheimer’s Association, (3) Ms. Rohini Khillan, AARP, and (4) Dr. Paul Rosenberg, Johns Hopkins University.
