I love that you’ve featured the Zombie Tarot! It seems like it would be a strictly novelty deck, but it’s so much more than that. This was the second tarot deck I ever bought (after having a traditional Tarot de Marseille for years) and it’s still in my top 5. The mix of darkness and humour reminds me that nothing is futile. Haha

Thank you for the suggestion of watching the 'Fido' movie. I found it streaming for FREE on Vudu, so I watched it this evening. As soon as it was over, I purchased a permanent copy for $5. It was not only a hilariously funny movie but was also perfectly in tune with Zombie tarot and gave my deck a new depth of color and understanding. Thank you again for this lovely Samhain gift!

I literally just got this deck today, and I was wondering about the queen of hazards chain when I looked through it as well...she's chained by her neck, but it looks like a necklace! This deck is brilliant. Found it second hand. Best 9 dollars spent in quite a while.

Hi Lisa - Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I just so enjoy your deep dives! I really love this deck and use it to remind me not to catastrophise, to bring the "drama" down a notch. In my experience, it pairs brilliantly with both the Pulp Tarot and The Carnival at the end of the World. I edged my copy in red too 😁

Thank you for this great walkthrough 🙂👍🏻This deck is severely underrated !!! One of my favorites and not only during Halloween. The way it's drawn also allows for "puns" with body parts (bones, skin, leg, etc). I tried to edge it in black but because of the stock quality, it bled so I gave up

This deck creeps me out. I don’t know why, it just does. I liked the 50’s. I like the 59’s vibe, just not the zombie part. Instead I bought The Pulp Tarot. All the 50’s vibe with none of the creeps. It is very reasonably priced and good quality. I just wish the box had a way of sealing itself with a magnetic clasp. The lid swings freely and I’ve had cards fall out of the box because of it. The box is really good quality but they dropped the ball on a way to secure it. 💜💜💜
