It's not just cleaning that I need this for but hygiene. Being a single mom is hard taking care of the kids that I forget myself. You need to be supernaturally organized for this job and I fall so short.

Listened to this 2 nights in a row then got up this morning and spent all day cleaning my depression mess. I’m going to listen to this every night so I can stay on track with keeping my house and life organized.

That is a perfect description of the mess I have on my hands. Depression clutter dirt filth from not moving anything. I'm going to pitch a lot today thanks to this. I'm going to keep listening

Dang I put this on planning on doing stuff while listening. But it just made me fall asleep lol. And I had the best rest ever while listening. Woke up this morning and feel incredibly rested and ready to conquer the day. As someone who suffers from depression I can't even remember why I was depressed. And feel renewed. Thank you for the video it helped a lot.

Would you consider making a video about cleaning, housekeeping, to enjoy, love cleaning, cleaning as a stress reliever, to be motivated to clean, health benefits of cleaning and living in a clean and organized, decluttered place, etc.

Also if you make video of cleaning could you do one with hypnosis and affirmations and a separate one with just the affirmations that could be used anywhere and at anytime either to be concentrated on or as background music when doing other things.

Mr Reed, this is great stuff, but if you could mix in the music to at least the same volume as your voice it would help your voice be less disruptive. A louder voice keeps jolting me a little awake. I'm going to keep listening. Thank you for the affirmations.

Thank you Melissa. The problem with doing this with the volume is, there are complaints no matter how this goes. When I have the music and voice at the same volume, I get complaints that people can't hear what I'm saying and asked to keep the music low and in the background. Some would rather have just the voice and no music. I found this to be the middle ground. 🤷‍♂

My depression is getting the best of me I don’t know what to do but I could use some prayers my babies mom and I been broke up for almost 3 years and I’m still so in love with her and she uses and plays the shit outta me! Please pray for me it’s starting to affect my physical health as well as the mental trauma my son is amazing and needs his dad to be in good spirits! I love life I really do I want to be okay with me again so badly

So, I turned this on at 4am... I enjoyed the hypnosis and great affirmations. I had earbuds on, felt very comfortable and yet at 5:45 got up drank lots of water, fed the cat, scrolled my emails etc. Is that normal to do work while you're under a hypnosis trance-like state? Weird and oddly comfortable. Please respond. 🙏

I tried to power through this, I managed for about half an hour. But that single high pitched tone that gets louder, then quieter, then louder gave me a headache and I just did not find the constant "beeeeeeeeeppppp" in the background soothing, or relaxing. Sleeping did not happen. I LIKE that the background music was not so loud I had trouble hearing the dialogue, the voice is pleasant and speaking at a nice slow cadence and is not rushing. (some hypnosis tracks the person is speaking so quickly it changes the energy of the whole thing from relaxing to near frantic) If this didn't have that single high pitched tone that doesn't stop, I would be able to utilize this video. Anyone else experience this?

Not advised. The first portion is a hypnotic induction and session. It ends by sending you off to a deep sleep rather than waking you up.

Dehydration can cause headaches. Decluttering is intense emotional work; we need to drink LOTS of water while doing so.
