Braintree: Dilapidated Westinghouse Hydraulic Elevator @ Sears, South Shore Plaza

This is the dilapidated Westinghouse Hydraulic Elevator, in Sears, at South Shore Plaza, Braintree, Massachusetts.
Not only does it look terrible, it runs that way as well. This lift rumbles and shakes (albeit not bad), the start and stops are violent. While Shock Cam didn't move, you could see the thing shake from the loose trim in-frame.
The fixtures were modded, which adds salt into the wounds, complete with Adams buttons, and "ACME" (CEelectronics) Dot-Matrix Counter.

I too saw ElevatingBoston's version as well, and I believe they should repair the Elevator.

Reminds me of the elevator at Sears in the Holyoke Mall location. The elevator has the Westinghouse fixtures on it.

@MegaZeldafan1 Maybe when it fails inspection, they will. They don't seem to be in any real rish to fix it.

It LOOKS like it rides well, but it doesn't. It's no death trap, but it's a little bumpy, and you can hear the parts are starving for grease. It is also evident they never took good care of the cab, either, as they let it fall apart like this. I've seen older mall elevators, that were kept up a lot better than this.

What is wrong with Sears? The elevators and the escalators. You dont seethis at other mall's sears

They are getting rid of there upper level because Primark opens in June 2017. The elevator only serves LL and ML.
