Braised Chicken Stew

Gennaro is back at home and showing you how to make some more delicious, comfort food.
You will love it!
Ingredients:
4 chicken legs; Large bowl of peas; Cherry tomatoes; 3 tsp tomato puree; 100g lard; Glass of white wine; 3 sprigs rosemary; Handful parsley; 3 carrots; 3 cloves garlic; 1 red pepper; 1 red chilli; Half a potato; 1 onion; 1 stick celery; 3 ladles chicken stock

Ha he's always surprised at the food he cooks. I think it's more like surprise that tastes like it can exist more than it is surprise that he managed to cook it. The best bit he was surprised at was the the tower he made while slicing :D

Hello Gennaro, i see you have a very nice set of cookware made of copper (at least so it seems on this video) hanging right by your side on the wall. i was hoping you would like to take some time (no more than a few minutes) to tell us about your prefered cookware. i was also searching thorugh your book and youtube channel more receipes with shrimp. i love shrimp even though i;m not american. i know that in italian gastronomy usually seafood is mixed alltogether in receipes but i'm pretty sure you have something that will capture the flavor, the awsomeness of the shrimp only. have a nice day, George

Wow, this is really close to a Filipino braised chicken dish called afritada; uses tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, peas, peppers, onions, and garlic. Slight differences in seasoning/herbs, wine, but this dish looks equally as awesome!
