Braised quail eggs is a traditional Vietnamese dish, made from braised pork belly with quail eggs. The dish has a rich, attractive flavor with tender pork mixed with quail eggs and spices; is a favorite dish at family meals in Vietnam.
Ingredients:
300g pork (can use pork belly or shoulder)
10 quail eggs
2-3 purple onions
3-4 cloves of garlic
Fish sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil.
