It’s definitely a trauma response how Bramty is so “numb” to the situation with her father. It makes me sad to see her tryna to convince herself that is doesn’t bother her. And it has nothing to do with being tough. Showing emotion is more of a sign of strength. She might not have cried but it will manifest itself in different ways like anger, lashing out etc

I think you are right. went through the same thing Im 32, and yes it doesnt affect us because we dnt know what it is like to have a dad but its like a void inside that makes us want answers for those questions or that side of the story

I definitely agree, she’s always saying that she’s just a cold person and from one Gemini to another and I consider myself pretty cold as well I can say you still have feelings and things still can and do affect you wether you chose to show it or not because no matter who or what you are we are still human with feelings. Also yes! Showing your feelings and letting yourself feel is so much more stronger than acting and hiding! Sometimes people who don’t let things affect them are more affected bc they’re not used to letting them selves feel so when they do it’s much worse than it should’ve been! Expressing feelings is real strength!

Any child, young or old, has a missing link in their heart if they were brought up with a missing parent or parents. It's a fact. They will always be curious and wonder. It's not a bad thing, but don't deny it. There's always that 'what if'?

Yeah, strength isn’t defined by a lack of emotion. So just because it didn’t emotionally affect you, doesn’t make you stronger. I think that bramty needs to understand that even though it would’ve affected her brother more it doesn’t make it right to basically call him out as “weak” , sadly she isn’t as strong as she says she is if she wanted “answers” or even try and meet up with her dad it’s obvious that she is hurt!

For the non Spanish speakers Can you guys please put subtitles or translate consistently next time. I know it’s hard to remember because you all understand and a lot of the audience speaks Spanish. They would speak in Spanish for awhile and forget to translate or only say a few words.

@tianalo6512 she shouldn't have to do that. They did the majority of the podcast in English for you guys to understand. It's actually kind of rude to ask, she didn't do it for a reason...do you see people who don't speak English asking content creators to translate it to Spanish or Korean? You can take a few extra steps to translate it with Google if it means that much. A lot of things are actually difficult or don't translate well so that's probably why she chose to just say a few words.

I used to wonder what happened with yafit and mimi’s side of the family. Now Mimi is saying that she doesn’t have a relationship with her sisters so it makes sense as to why we don’t see much from yafit.

Damn now i resonate with Bramty like 10x more! Having an absent dad is hard but speaking to them & realizing how much they aren’t interested in you, or just don’t have that parental instinct is even worse. esp seeing other people w/ their dads.
