My relationship with God truly started unfolding the end of 2021. Sharing this just in case it helps someone else. I also recently started reading the Bible, and I found a KZbin channel called BibleUnbound that has helped me understand some of the stories. Listening to Bible study podcasts and taking notes also helps. I’ve found that reading the Old Testament as a foreshadowing of the New Testament helped me make many connections. I wakeup in the mornings when the house is still and everyone is still asleep. I light a candle sit at my table and I say a prayer. I write in a journal how I am feeling. between my prayer, thoughts & feelings I get a sense of what I NEED sometimes nothing is needed but most times there's something. I then find a scripture, write the scripture underneath and then follow up with what that scripture taught me, is telling me and what I take from it! IT HAS BEEN A GAME CHANGER. keeps me grounded throughout the day. I love this episode and so happy for you

I used to have chrystals and trusting these rocks to do something for me. Love, wealth whatever. And so much more. So, look at the Creator. GOD. becausr if you look at stuff to do something for you, evil will do things for you and you believe it is these lifeless things
