I do agree that no foreign wars are justified... Well this incident prevented my family to attend a public building! Why should Kalistani from INDIA have the right to do this? I don’t go to India and protest at the Taj Mahal! I would be beaten and arrested. This provides bylaw officers tools necessary to prevent such incidents. The bylaw give the city not the province the power to enforcement. It’s just another tool to help keep peace.

@@jd3521 I think it is unlikely that a Bylaw officer would be able to get ID for a ticket from a potentially violent, masked protester - and would need to call police for assistance. At that point, the police would use existing laws, as the Chief described, 'intimidation, incitement, hatred, or violence will not be tolerated.... so he confirmed that there are existing laws to deal with the problematic behaviour of the protesters. So, perhaps address the matter to the police.... and ask why existing laws are not being applied to enable folks to use public facilities without harassment or intimidation... again, both are already illegal.

Read the charter, you can't do that. It's illegal, unless the disadvantaged people are a minority. Otherwise, the majority non voter would be in charge in Ontario and Canada. See section 15(1) & 15(2). Places of worship are not protected by the charter, that is why Sacred Bear Island is now an oil mine or something of the sort.
