I have always been completely enamored with the picture Mamimi took of Naota that's shown in Canti's screen at 2:05, but I never really knew why until a more recent rewatch. Mamimi pops out of the rubble shocked and confused, notices Naota climb up and pick the guitar up to overlook the damage, and the complete understanding and appreciation of such a momentous moment is so beautifully shown on her face as her first instinct is to snap a picture. In a way Naota gave her a new lease on life and I feel like she immortalized him with that picture in a way that will keep him exactly how she would want to remember him in the future. And I have listened to the pillows for years because of it and they have an album like My Foot which is so good. It's good but since gianax isn't in on it the animation isn't as flashy and wild as the original. It hits with the soundtrack but lacks a little in animation.
