i filmed this tour and got similar footage of the tour at Wembley from the passing train, i was on p.17 at Clapham jcn, you was at chessington north, and i was at chessington south and down the far end at east Croydon I was with just one other guy at harringay station to see the 56s take the curve from the g.ob.l.i.n. onto the ecml, so without boasting, i may have more unique footage of all 5 lococmotives on this tour, but what you filmed was still interesting to see none the less

Great video Mike. I still view the class 60's as new locos.....a sure sign I'm getting old...! Also great to see an old BR Blue 'Buffet Restaurant' out and about.

Yes Julian I get what you mean about them great class 60, I used to go to Loughborough about every month to take the nameplates on them as it was easy to see them from the field at the back of the works, cheers Mike.

I used to do a lot of chasing railtours in the past in the car Colin, I enjoy working out where I can see the tour many times, London is always a good place to try it. thank you Mike.

Excellent footage, and once again hats off to the BLS for organising yet another superb railtour I did manage to see the 56s, however its was getting dark by the time they appeared

I was hoping you would get to see this railtour and you did 👍🏻 I was at Vauxhall last week and was planning to return for the 60s but didn't manage to get there which was a shame as it looked really good. Hopefully catch up soon 😃

Yes It was one I wanted to do as I like planning out tours like this one when around London. In years gone by Pathfinder did one each year around London which was always interesting to follow. It all ended well in the end Mike, fantastic coverage at various locations, i love DCR , but the nearest place to see them is Warrington Bank Quay for me, as they dont normally operate in the Northwest. As always enjoyed, a wonderful Railtour, enjoyed cheers Nick.

Love it.. Don't know why but I get giddy seeing trains come into P7 at Bletchley from the branch. If these operators keep these trains this clean the charters will look better than the trains that run the normal services.
