BRAND ACTIVITY - TECHNOLOGY and DESIGN - Promotion and marketing - secondary school

Technology and Design Course Branding activity that can be done in the 8th Grade Promotion and Marketing Unit. Technology and Design course 8th grade students in this unit What is Marketing? What is Promotion? After getting information about Marketing Techniques, they will create a new "brand" on Brand. In the next Unit Visual Communication Design Unit, they will design the logo of the brand as a continuation of the Brand study. They will prepare a commercial film with a duration of 30 seconds to 2 minutes for the packaging design, sales slogan and the promotion of their brands for the products they produce.
Thus, both units will continue to be processed in relation to each other.
What is a Brand?
It is a sign made up of words, letters and numbers that enables the goods and services of an enterprise to be distinguished from the goods and services of another enterprise.
It is a symbol that is the symbol of that good that serves to promote a commercial product and distinguish it from similar products.
The brand must be viewable by drawing, suitable for printing, and must be publishable and reproducible.
