You should do this with conquerer and horizon. Brands passive counts as conq stack so he can fully stack with 3 spells and passive explode. Horizon is also one of the few things to enhance true damage. Also rift is bugged, it doesn’t show true damage bonus in tool tip only the regular bonus damage.

Also, running presence of mind there is no really a reason to go tear since Brand's passive got increased mana regen in last rework.

when playing brand, don't fall into the trap of leveling Q second. Level E second. Brand is the strongest by putting his passive on the most people, you need 3 spells to do that. leveling E second gives you more aoe dmg, but more importantly it lowers its cooldown to be in line with Q, meaning your E+Q will be up more often as you dont have to wait for E cooldown. This will make you do more damage, but also make you survive as you dont have to land 2 skill shots to stun, just E+Q and when they stunned, press W for bonus dmg from passive being on it and the huge explosion later.

Day 7 of asking for season 14 ww building hybrid damage. Guinsoo’s, riftmaker, nashor’s, berserker greaves, bork, and essence reaver. Play this build top with flash ignite or flash barrier. Runes would be PTA presence of mind alacrity cut the grass, sudden impact, and relentless. Take attack speed, adaptive and health as well.

I once took electrocute as Brand about a year or so ago and got flamed by my team for not being a meta slave. It’s so easy to proc with Brand, it’s crazy. They said we lost because I had the wrong runes. Went like 20/4 with 100k+ damage and the rest of my team did around 20-40k and most went 5/20 lol. Wild.
