Maxing E second on brand has more reasons than reliability, because the cooldown gets lowered with each level you have all your abilities back up at almost the same time after using your full combo which makes it way easier to consitently apply your 3 ability passive

Zwag my man, you make the best unique build videos. I know this isn't quite a unique build as much as a unique bot lane duo. I had a friend some time ago that played illaoi adc and I played perma slow heimerdinger or Zyra support. Absolutely tilting lane to go against. Turrets or plants were there to protect the tentacles and give illaoi plenty of room to farm. You'll get 4 if not the whole team trying to stop you and it's too fun. I'd love to see that lane in your hands.
