This is gold - would say these are all familiar concepts, however they’re consumed passively. And I think that’s one of Oren’s founding principles - shift the mindset from passive consumer to deliberate student. The fact this shit is free is mad. The internet is a beautiful place.

would be really great if we could see a full video on how to communicate with manufacturers, represent yourself enough to make those factories be interested in forming long term relationships since most of us are newly launching and have zero brand background, and also the list of necessary documents and information to have available in hand regarding what is needed from them so that the entire process becomes smooth and efficient. and it would also help tremendously if you could touch on how to make clothes that not only good quality but sit perfectly. i know we have to measure it in our tech packs but some brands tend to make clothes that sit amazingly and make your body look great. how to achieve that result as well so we can serve our customers and make them feel better & have the best UX overall. thanks in advance and i really appreciate this valuable content you are putting out there! cheers

It is very hard to find someone who can understand the artistic building blocks of what makes a brand special and someone who understand the logistical and marketing building blocks to scale it up in a way that honors their creative integrity, you're insane man, and have a very special voice, the fact that this info and video is free is the reason people really need to rethink going to school for shit. I'm in a similar boat managing multiple clients, and I've recently started using this Mydrop AI tool that totally changed my game. I used their scheduling feature to plan months of content in advance, and I went from 2 hours of daily posting to just about 15 minutes, which allowed me to focus more on strategy. How are you planning your content strategy rn?

Great stuff, been watching all your videos, very helpful ! I had a quick question after doing this exercise and how it works with the marketing funnel you introduced in a previous video (a gem as well !) I would guess SERIES, SPECIALS and PILLARS are roughly/mostly Middle of funnel as they increase the brand awareness and educate the audience and Trends are eye-catching and thus Top of Funnel. Am I right ?

AWESOME stuff man. Definitely excited to try out some of these methods with some clients. I have a vintage japanese car brand I am working with to develop their content and some products. The floor mats would be pppeerrrfect for them. What is your source for the company that is helping you create the floor mats you have created recently with valuable. Would definitely help bring fresh product development ideas for my client. Again love the content man, definitely driving my business forward. cheers

I know it might seem like it’s so physical product focused- but almost all ideas are the same. If you’re providing the service you can document where and how, whose involved, new clients or launching new offers etc - tradeshows whatever it may be - just another angle

Do you have like a mentorship program. Something where you take folks "under your wing" who don't have much capital but have the ability to make a brand with guidance. I think what you are doing is amazing but sometimes it's tough to take it seriously when it feels like one doesn't have the means (and I'm talking about even just 5k) to get started.

Oren question? is this pattern going to reach a saturation point as well. Or you think this narrative approach has properties to it, that makes it less likely to be standardized. Inefficient in a good way, where replication is hard and pointless at times.
