Brand Innovation Client Order Process

Thank you for your order, we really appreciate your business.
The process now is as follows:
1. Your order will start once your 60% deposit has reflected in our bank account.
2. We require your logo in Vector format.
What is Vector format?
It is the highest quality of artwork which is in the original design format. We cannot brand without it.
Which formats are considered Vector?
• Corel Draw (.cdr)
• Adobe Illustrator (.ai)
• EPS (.eps)
• Freehand (.fh)
• PDF (.pdf)
3. After receiving your logo in vector format, we send you artwork within 24hrs.
4. Please check the artwork very carefully before approving. We cannot be held liable for any errors.
5. Once you have approved artwork, your order will go into production.
6. We require your 40% final payment prior to delivery.
7. We arrange your delivery door to door.
How long before I get my order?
This depends on production and your specific product, but average lead time is 7-10 working days from artwork approval to delivery.
