Lol!! Oh give it some time your shocks will start sticking same as mine and everybody else’s are. Especially if you’re running 3° toe in the rear. How did you address the flex from the motor to keep the belt tracking straight? I actually had a fab a motor plate from aluminum. I know some people are just adding shims just curious on what you did to correct it. By the way keep up the awesome work love your channel

Its actually been issue free, maybe I got lucky? No issue with belt tracking either.

Ive been eyeing the Driftart chassis for about a year now. Gonna end up picking one up. I enjoy building and tuning as much as driving them. Great build and camera skills. Very cool

Amazing driving, track setup, and builds! Kind of random, but you wouldn't happen to know the rough dimensions of the track your running? Looks nice and spacious yet compact in the garage. Also the surface treatment, if known? Thanks for your time and the drool worthy footage!

Thanks. There are some good options that aren’t as blinged out. I’ll be building a DA 3 soon as well as some others 🤛🏼

Hey I was wondering if you still have the STL files for that magnet mount. I would love to print one for my drift art build. I'm running the same body on mine.

@@crawlersncustoms true that, I'm sure the scx24 community will take a liking to these lol, also do the Tamyia 1/24 model car kit bodies fit on these?

@@crawlersncustoms are there any finished bodies that fit?
@crawlersncustoms2 жыл бұрын
@@muaythai193 tons. Just not from the static model kits. Look for 1/24-1/28 bodies. I’ve seen people use bodies found at 5 below or from other non hobby sources. Also the mini Z bodies are good options.

Sick ride. How much you figure its cost you?
@crawlersncustoms2 жыл бұрын
About 400 for the chassis. 150 for electronics and 100 for body and wheels is a pretty good guess.

Why does nobody actually talk about the issues with this car. The BGR system isn’t milled correctly the steel shock upgrade sticks if they’re put it any type of an angle. This also causes the BRS system not to work correctly. The motor plate extremely flexes and Has to be shimed or the belt tries to roll up the pulley. I won’t even get into the quality of the hardware and the fact that the grub screws in my kit needed to be completely replaced just to assemble the car. Not to mention Drift Art does not stand behind anything if it’s defective. So if you’re in the states and order it from RC mart or someone like that you’re screwed if there’s a problem.
@crawlersncustoms2 жыл бұрын
I can’t speak to your issues. Mine went together well except for my eyes and fingers having trouble with the small parts. Hope yours get sorted 🤛🏼
