Why are the Audi rings grey when it is the black edition / edition 1? Ive seen this variant with both grey and black audi rings, and dont understand why they are different?

The Edition 1's come with the badging finished in chrome, where as the black editions come with the black badging all around. As to why I'm not sure, after the car model becomes over a certain age the edition 1 trim level changes to the Black Edition trim, so possibly an easy way to differ the two.

Black Audi Rings are a $500 package. it is not included in the black optic package.

@@BatehamRadio Black Audi rings i have learnt are not an added option, at least not in the UK. The Edition 1, differs from the Black Edition, and has silver rings instead of black.
