I've been cutting since 1989 and became a professional barber in 2000. I have a few cordless clippers but I still use my corded fastfeeds. I don't get caught up in the newest and latest toys. As long as the blade moves, I'm good 👍. Stick with what you have until it breaks.

Bought a pair the other day. Honestly not what I expected, I had to zero gap them & change out the blade on the trimmers. Not worth the investment! Go with the 50 cals if you’re looking for a more detailed clipper.

I recommend the fine tooth fx blade. Fx707b is the graphite fine tooth. Not sure of the number for the gold. Either of those are what I’d recommend

Only weakness imo is the battery life on the clipper, once they get that part figured out you don’t need anything else. These are it imo and you can legit do everything with them if you wanted. You can make a deadly work station if you Pair these lopro fx clippers with some double magnetic guards or the new premium pro guards from Babyliss and you got a deadly fade/taper clipper, then add either the fx3 clipper or some supras for bulk removal, then for balding out/kids/sensitive skin use the lopro fx trimmer as is, use the skeleton fx for your hitters/line ups, lastly the fx3 foil shaver or the babyliss fx 02 foil shaver or even the SC Uno for skin tight blends and you don’t even need to look at any other clippers or trimmers. The only thing I would possibly consider updating or changing is if they had a longer life battery upgrade for the clipper to give it 3+ hours of run time instead of 2. Other than that though, the line up is perfection to me and I could work with that for years. Cheers🍻bro, good review but your sleeping on how good the dlc 2.0 blade really is and the wedge blade is just like the fusion from style craft, you get a taper and a fade blade all in one depending how you hold the clipper. Before using any trimmer or clipper I would recommend/suggest setting/zero gapping the blade.💈The wedge blade can take out any line once the blade is set and the dlc 2.0 trimmer blade feeds hair like a beast, the fine tooth blade is good for stubble but it pushes hair when there’s length to it unlike the dlc2.0 and it doesn’t glide against the skin like the dlc2.0 does. I like the Rebel as well but I only held it in my hand and for me it felt cheap and like an inferior product to the lopro fx. For me the metal housing makes it feel much more premium and rugged and it just feels incredible in the hand. The rebel doesn’t have the same ergonomics or something but it comes with way more accessories in the box

Definitely liking these the more I use them. The weight and body shape is just killer. I personally don’t have much issue with battery due to my schedule being so spaced out. Always have time to charge things back up. And I got the dlc hitting I may have to do a video on it itself 😮

@@Seancutshair I absolutely love them. That classic shape instead of the mag lite flashlight handle that I grew up on and they can do everything I need them to. I would enjoy seeing a new video on the dlc blade itself now that you have it hitting. It reminds me a lot of GTX blade but that coating keeps them cool. Personally I’ve always preferred the gtx over the standard T outliners but I know that’s a preference thing. Looking forward to more content and happy holidays

Would 0 gapping these help to take out the bald line easier? I don't know much about this stuff as I'm just trying to get I'm just cutting hair and need some good clippers. I'm debating between these and the rebels but if the rebels take out the bald line easier then I may go for them. However, if 0 gapping these will take the bald line out then I'll go for these.

I don’t know if it’s just me but I am not a big fan of the BaByliss LimitedFx gold clipper, which sucks bc I really wanted to like them 😭 maybe i just need to try a different blade with it or adjust them a little differently but I find it so hard to take out guidelines with them. Sometimes when I’m putting in that blade open line, the hair just looks choppy… kinda makes me want some other back back up clippers. I’m work horsing my Caliber .50 cal mags right now. Only used the fx3 a couple times. I know lots of complaints about the blade being too sharp and cutting people. No problems with the blades on the skeleton (which are the same as the lo pro)
