Hey cooper very informative videos, quick questions with regards to this video, Sean mentioned that the house can come either fully furnished or not, my question is does the cabinetry come with the house if unfurnished? And also all the glass doors are those standard? Is there any room for remodeling, moving walls etc? Thanking you in advance.

Very nice, Coops! The upstairs layout of the 2nd home utterly confused me, not that it takes much these days to do so. The 3rd home is gorgeous, and my choice, as the difference in price is negligible! It would be interesting to see the communal area once it is finished. Cheers, Coops!

True but you can lease it for a total of 90 years and have the house in your name. Then your great grandchildren can decide what to do with it. Extend for another 90 years or sell it 👍

You own the house and the land and the land office will hold the land title for your house for up to 90 years for you. You also have the right to sell it at anytime you want. So it is a win in my book 👍

Coop, you are doing a fantastic job with what little you are given! House 1 - funky / wonky design. Horrible fit and finish, cheap microwave on counter, not built in. Light next to bed, crooked and gone after a couple hits. Drawer under TV in "master" closed crooked / not all the way. Whover designed these needs to be run out of country! 2nd house wasn't any better. Stopped before third house. Cheap arse houses at Farang prices, 100 - 200K USD to furnish and finish what was incomplete!

Most ridiculous place to put a swimming pool in front of the house meanwhile, you’re seating in Jacuzzi and having drinks with your friends and all your neighbors can see you and I mean literally all of them I🤯
