Great question! Four Seasons Residency will be building within the same MacDonald Highlands guard gated community as soon as soon as they sell 50% of the units (approaching soon). They anticipate to complete the project in 2026. I hope this helps! If you'd like more info, please text me!

That oculus looks kind of alien 👽 space theme I like it! 😎 it looks mysterious. The home looks kind of cozy too that's the best part the only thing is missing there is the mini golf 😢 😂 and the cactus 🌵 with their socks 😂 but aside from that I do like it and the kitchen awesome 😎 .

I believe you can see a bit of the strip views from the gym window. If the roof of the primary bedroom can be converted to a roof deck, that would show the strip views.
