10:35 the pole is not broken. It is intentionally done like that. Due to the bus having two wheelchair bays, and capacity for two wheelchairs, to allow to space in the saloon, they have had to bend it and position it to be pulled out when in use, and retracted when not in use.

Stupidly, instead of having colour-coded liveries, the different Park & Ride routes are now represented by the colour of the LEDs on the front, while the livery is the same, boring, electric branding. I think it's a stupid descision because the P&R routes don't look unique anymore without being in their respective colours, something I always used to look out for when I went to Cambridge when I was younger.
