Tamilnadu Transport Corporation must send it's officials on a study tour to Karnataka and learn the best practices adopted by KSRTC and how effectively they are managing their buses especially Volvo buses, because the operation, maintenance and spares are expensive,. however, KSRTC runs the largest fleet of Volvo buses in india(profitable ofcourse !). which speaks volumes about their management and skill.

Happy that they gave you full freedom to take video. From CMBT Koyambedu to Majestic in Bengaluru in just 7 hours is really super fast journey. They have got an excellent Bus fleet. Your enthusiastic narration kept me glued to the screen. Cabin ride really super. Rest stop at Saravana Bhavan at 10pm though slightly late for Dinner but OK. fully loved and enjoyed this Super digital travel with you. In Bengaluru Majestic Bus stand is there since many decades. Donimalai/Sandur both are famous for Iron Ore mines. Lot of people from other states are currently residing in those two places and bellary too. When I was there, sandur to chennai there was no service, glad it is getting recognized now.

The corona ac sleeper is BS3!!. And the Ballari bus got extended to Sandur very recently. It is from KKRTC ( erstwhile NEKRTC) and not KSRTC. This service has been there for more than a decade now. One more interesting bus that is lost over a period of time ( got reminded after seeing the KKRTC) was a APSRTC super luxury between Chennai and Hindupur via Chittoor, Bengaluru!!! Operated will about 2005-6!!

Nice video. I have travelled many times between Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. Almost 99 % buses are run with 2+1 seat configuration with good reclining facility. A distance of 350 Km covered in 4-5 hours during night and 6-8 hrs during day (due to traffic). The fare if taken in Johor is RM 35 equal to 650 Rs. But from Singapore it is SGD 30 min. Equals 1800 Rs.
