I just bought in Inspirada, KB Homes plan1809. Beautiful community. Close on 3/15/24. The base price is just to get you into the door. Easily add $40-$50K to the base price and that's the real price. You'll want a 9-foot ceiling, upgraded kitchen, upgraded bathroom, etc., etc... Master plan community is really nice, they'll build new parks, pools, and shopping centers. Vegas Baby!!!

Lot premiums, upgrades, half a million dollar town homes. Ask yourself, can the middle class in Nevada afford half a million dollar town home. So Who are these town homes supposed to be affordable for?
