Such a shame that it has the Aventus DNA.. Seen several reviews and the majority are disappointed.. The bottle looks great.. Love this honest review

Thank you, if there ever comes a time where honesty isn't needed then it'll be time for me to try something else. I'm doing this to be the guy I needed when I was watching content from paid promoters

I personally thought it was awesome…. The citrus at the top isn’t like club de Nuit …. You can smell lemon and even the peel and zest … you can smell the sweeter blood orange … it might be one of the best citrus openings I’ve smelt …. It’s also really strong on my skin and projects and lasts … The dry down reminds me of explorer a little bit and layering them works well 👌🏼

@buxz777 I'm pleased you like it and don't experience what I do. I wish my experience was like yours because this was the most anticipated release of the year for me. I get 3 minutes of sherbert lemon (lemon drops) followed by 20 mins or so of synthetic screechy citrus then it pretends very poorly to be a cdnim aventus cologne hybrid. I get almost zero woodiness and the musk at play does nothing to break it free from being linear and I get zero moss at all. It's not a bad Scent but I'll not wear it again. For every occasion that requires a Scent profile like this I have 30 or so fragrances I'd rather wear.

@@TheFragLad crazy how it differs so much on skin from person to person …. I honestly can’t believe it comes off as club de nuit lemon on your skin … that sucks big time because that’s a synthetic lemon cleaning product mess where as energy smells like a freshly cut lemon and even the zest of the peel is apparent…. It’s literally like someone is cutting the ripest lemon in front of me …. Then as it drys down the citrus fades and it gives way to an explorer esq kind of dry down which I’ve always enjoyed compared to the heavy birch club de nuit dry down that basically smells like ash trays and lemon cleaner to my nose up close on the skin I tested it on lunch and went back to work and straight away colleagues were asking what it was , I think in a couple of years when this is discounted people will go crazy for this like Dylan blue and Eros exp etc

Eros edp and flame have been some of my best personally I like them they are great. I still looking forward to smelling the samples of this even though the reviews ain’t been that great.

@HeartNDagger18 I must admit after a few wears now it's not as close to the aventus profile as I first thought but actually it would have been better if it had been. There just isn't enough depth and nuances to this fragrance.

@Silverye21 I think a 6.5 would be fitting. Although to be fair to it as a stand alone fragrance there's nothing really wrong with it other than originality

@jonnycag6329 I think my initial expectation when I first saw the notes many months ago should have been all I needed to know. The thing is note breakdowns can be misleading and the more I thought about it the more I thought....... nah, versace wouldn't do that. The Scent is good, my disappointment lies in the lack of originality

i love how you was excited at first but in the end you was looking like you just came back from a funeral. 😂 Its still not out where i live but im still going to get it asap, all these dissapointing reviews are making me less and less excited tho. 🥲

@longdongsilver6298 it's not a bad Scent at all. Just a perfect example of expectations not being met. If you want a fresh citrus bomb then it could be your speed.
