BRAND NEW SERVER! hardcore mode!

I have a question how long till everyone that’s been playing since launch will just transfer to the newest server and wreck everyone is it 30 days or after first reign in new server i guess im asking can i switch my 4k reso account to this new server ?

no you can not transfer, it's not in server cluster also seperated as "NEW SERVER". so it gonna take months later ..who knows.
