brand new Skyzone M5 monitor not working correctly

You have to fully charge cycle the 18650 or it can error and will not start up, but it still defective defective peice of crap! the sd card slot doesn't line up with the case, it's weak as fuck, and the dvr sux ballz! They admitted they fucked up in emails, but fucked me in the return, i will never buy anything from them again! Fuck skyzone!
