One of my favourite characters, Kanata, used to be a cult leader but really had no desire to run the cult. Ibara and Yuzuru used to be child soldiers. Eichi is terminally ill and passionate about idols so his extreme with planning because he knows he can die at any moment and ended up starting a "war" by basically demonising the Five Eccentrics so the school gets more motivated to actually do stuff.
