I got into deathcore when I was 19 with suicide silence and only found 9 bands that were considern deathcore. bands like thy art is murder, as blood runs black, whitechapel, chelsea grin, fit for an autopsy, lorna shore, make them suffer. I still found more bands that were deathcore and been a big fan for that. Suicide silence got me into deathcore. I also saw chelsea grin live in grand rapids, michigan for the first time and met tom barber.

And trad death metal bands don't have such a massive reliance on their software and backing tracks. For the record, I dig Brand of Sacrifice a lot but it's kinda lame putting down other bands to prop another up.
