In this vlog I'm taking you behind the scenes of a normal work day in my life. Today I have a brand shoot which I am going to do in Kintamani Bali. We also try out the famous Kintamani Cafes and have a long travel day!

Wow, coffee drinkers drink a lot of coffee per day. It was east for me to quit drinking coffee when I first arrived in Bali in 2016 because I became sick after drinking coffee and it was terrible. So I quit drinking coffee overnight. I use to drink a lot of coffee when I was attending the Uni and decades later before I quit drinking coffee for good, I got it down to two cups per day, and nothing after 12:00 noon. Caffeine effected me a lot, I couldn’t fall asleep easily if I drank coffee in the afternoon or evening. Now, I mostly drink Japanese green tea powder with a capsule of Lions Mane and Turkey Tail mushroom powder with a bit of coconut milk.
