A Chimera branded player tried to get me with the end phase mirror jade thing since I had S:P coming back. I instantly raised my hand for a judge and they let it go right away. They knew how it worked but wanted the free pops.

doesnt sp have to resolve first because it banishes until the end phase so it has to trigger before the during the end phase effects like mirrorjade?

​@@RouzDerikThey're both end phase effects. You can just pass priority and then the turn player has to resolve their effect first

For what its worth, they could both pass priority (before he resolved titan) then after mj resolves and sp resolves titan can resolve to summon albaz instead and albaz can fuse with the sp to make mirrorjade, followed by the same bir play. but the branded player resolved titan first which was a mistake.

Guys I dont understand at all how jade and SP interact in end phase. In this scenario he could have dodged jade effect but would it have been any different if this interaction was during Red’s end phase for exemple?

yes, if it was the sp owner turn then the owner of mjade could have passed prio back to the opp to summon the sp back. the turn player resolves mandatory effect first after they both pass prio to each other 1 time

@@philo2677its not an easy matchup, snake eyes is really solid and consistent af if you have a decent hand as the branded player you can break the boards and kinda dictate where the game goes but post siding its definitely an insanely luck dependent and hard matchup
