maybe drawing Ad Lib is the only real brick. he is not playing puppet or Dark Magician, 2 Mercs arent really a brick either cuz sometimes you use them in the combo. drawing saro/lubellion is fine because you can use them in the combo to banish 1 merc

I don't get why u think ash on branded fusion game 1 is better than ash on aluber? Cause surely he just adds mercourier to negate ash so forcing them to have to use cartesia to make dusk and going through retribution seems better than just having your ash do absolutely nothing surely? Either ash isn't doing enough there.

Because they don’t know how to play purrely fully I’m guessing, or how to play branded since they played game 1 incredibly badly. Always imperm Aluber not ash, if they did that they could’ve stopped branded fusion later and probs would’ve won

@@AndrewUdal naaaah imperm on aluber while cartesia was on field? you need to pay more attention. ash on aluber was the right play but he needed to impert cartesia which, for some reason he did not, and cost him the game

@@parroandre what does cartesia achieve though? And fun fact, it can just use it’s effect on your turn anyways there’s no point. Also all cartesia did was get branded fusion, which you ash then. So they just lost everything.

And for anyone wondering "How?", Noir is unaffected by *_ACTIVATED_* effects, while Mirrorjade's destruction effect only resolves in the end phase (it doesn't start a chain, like DPE in the next Standby). This is officially ruled the same way in Mirrorjade VS Psychic End Punisher.
