With markets tumbling, inflation soaring, the Fed imposing large interest-rate hike, while treasury yields are rising rapidly-which means more red ink for portfolios this quarter. How can I profit from the current volatile market, I'm still at a crossroads deciding if to liquidate my $125k bond/stocck portfoli0

It’s precisely at times like these that investors need to be on guard against the next certainty. You don’t have to act on every forecast, hence i will suggest you get yourself a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.

Right, I've=-0[ ,been in constant touch with a fiinancial-analyst since covid . You know these days it's really easy to buy into trending stock`s, but the task is determining when to buy or sell . My advisorr decides entry and exit commands on my portfoliio, I've accrued over $300k from an initially stagnant reserve of $150K.

So true. Regarding finding a good tax consultant - I can relate to that fully. OMG, especially the part where they say "Sorry, we exceeded our capacity for this year try to come in next year", "sorry, we're not available" - it's just so ridiculous. Same with doctors that are saying that "We don't take new clients" and then you're stuck for months trying to find a doctor (at least someone).

That was very helpful & so much informative video that I've ever watched on KZbin! I have same feeling about taxes & rules! after three years of living here and I'm very scare about my taxes & my company (Einzelunternehmen). instead of focusing on business we must concentrate n ridicules paperwork :| thanks for sharing this one, I might consider move out of Germany after getting my passport & citizenship as well

Great video. I'm an American who has lived in Germany for over 20 years I'm a freelancer and had an e-Commerce biz before my current one (web design) I have been lucky in that my brother in law was my first tax consultant and I got my current one through my old digital agency network. The big Squarespace designer Paige Brunton just did a long KZbin about why she left Germany for the UK with her husband. One of the reasons was that as her business exploded (she was doing 200k launches) running it in Germany just started to become impossible.

Do you know if we need to register a business if we do trading on stocks in Germany? Like day trading or swing trading etc… There are brokers like scalable capital and trade republic that take care of the tax. But I am not clear if it comes under some business activity that requires a business registration. I do have a PR and doing full time job in Germany.

With this side hustle/business/freelance, how does 48h/week limit apply? I have 40h per week full time job but do want to earn more online freelancing or with a business. But side hustles may take more than remaining 8 hrs .

For a few months now I have been searching tirelessly for information on how to start investing. I even payed $1000 for a course that I now regret. It appears that there is no structured guidiance for beginners on how to get started in this realm. I've come across several investors making well over $250k/annum and would be grateful if anyone on here could provide insights on how to get started, identify potential stocks, when to make an entry, exit etc.

There are actually a lot of ways to make high yields in a crisis, but such trades are best done under the supervision of Financial advisor.

Thats true, I've been getting assisted by a FA for almost a year now, I started out with less than $200K and I'm just $19,000 short of half a million in profit.

15:30 this statement... since you are a foreigner in Germany, the German government should give you a helping hand instead of taxing everything they can. I can totally agree out of 10 Tax consultants in superious Germany at least 7 do not carry out sufficient knowledge or interest in doing their job properly.

Very nice video and informative Bharat. So many truths in all your video man, this country is sinking down, disincentivising innovation to the max, incentivising people going on leave to the max and creating that culture of numbing employees and not understanding anything else about life other than that they are on holidays and that's it for them. I wonder how would go trying to register a business in a country like Estonia instead? While still living in Germany eh??
@Brandevise
@Brandevise 11 ай бұрын
Hi Manuel, Estonia is not exactly a tax haven. The moment you take out the money for private use, it gets taxed at 20% + social contributions. You could technically live in Germany and build a business in Estonia (notice the difference - not register but build) and it should not be a problem at all.

You should stop being flattering and speak frankly! The problem is not only in Germany, but in every country you meet different problems from every other country! Living in Germany is difficult for ordinary citizens and for self-employed and small businessmen! Only the rich can have fun, but not in German cities because they avoid contact with the poor people and of course the government. For this reason, it can be noted that the rich come and spend time in the city and then leave because they do not want to live at the mercy of the government. Every German citizen suffers from the diseases of the government in Germany Of course, you cannot hide from the problems that the German government creates for its citizens. The problem is that you cannot sue the corrupt in the government and government departments in Germany because officials have immunity and employees are covered for their bad deeds by officials. For someone who was born and lived in Germany, I do not advise anyone to come and suffer from one problem after another (you will never live in peace). You can visit Germany, but avoid coming and living in cities.
