Congrats to you both. I also started following The Futur for quite several years now, watching them grow, as well as you too now, and this conversation was a delight to watch and take notes! Bring Jose Caballer one of this days too, to interview/have a chat with! Cheers!

Hey!! I am new to this. Being an Indian guy studying with the help of student loans in India, even 500 dollars a month seems too good to be true. But videos on how to get started for smm are all over the place. Videos will talk about how to outsource and scale to 6 figures but no one clears one thing, which is when you are just starting out what do you run ads on, as in do you make an add for the client, do you ask them and guide them on how to go about this? How does this step work. Your help is much apreciated.

Hey Jeffin, There are many variables to this. The very first place to start is 1. Identify who you want to help (Audience) 2. Identify what you want to help them with (Their challenge) 3. Identify how you want to help them (Your solution) When you have these things, you need to work on creating a plan to communicate and market your offer to those people. 1st Brand Strategy … Then Marketing Strategy All of this is before even thinking about your ads

How do you grow a network or get clients if you don't have a network to start with. I didn't go to school and get all these great friendships that turned into successful people that would hire me down the road.

There are countless ways… Here are a few. > Attend industry events and conferences regularly.Leverage social media platforms for outreach. > Join relevant professional groups and forums. > Offer free workshops or webinars in your field. > Collaborate with complementary businesses for referrals. > Utilize LinkedIn for professional networking and visibility. > Participate in local community events and sponsorships. > Regularly publish insightful content in your niche. > Ask satisfied clients for referrals and testimonials. > Network through volunteer work and charity events. Pick two or three and take action

“Stay out of the results business and focus on the progress/ process day to day… “ I am experiencing this right now where I did t experience a good result in my head but the client reaches back out with more work cuz they were happy …. Like get out of your people! Me included lmao

When delegating, does the client know you delegated and give credit to the person(s), or in the design world that doesn't matter as much? For context, I'm an audio post production specialist (tv/film) and am looking to scale more, but when hired many times I am assumed to be the one doing the work and because of reputation and credits this expectation is apart of why I'm hired in the first place.
