Over priced! Why? The average Filipinos cannot afford that. If you were to compare real estate prices in Southeast Asia, Philippines pricing does not make sense. You are just pricing out local buyers and there’s no rhyme or reason. This looks like a very basic house in a very small lot. No more than $100k. Thoughts anyone?
